§ 9028b. Administrative orders, circular letters, and memoranda

Any administrative order, circular letter, memorandum or interpretative document from the Planning Board, the Permits and Regulations Administration, the concerned government entities, and the autonomous municipalities with I to V granted hierarchy on any issue covered by this chapter should be evaluated and amended, as the case may be, within the terms established for the approval and adoption of the regulations created under this chapter. Any administrative order, circular letter, memorandum or interpretative document which is inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder shall lack validity and effectiveness.
