The Artisanry Development Program shall have a Director, who shall be appointed by the Administrator of the Industrial Development Company. Said Director shall plan, direct, supervise and evaluate the activities of the Program. To such effects, he shall advise the Executive Director in order for the Program to really and truly contribute to the development and strengthening of the local artisanry enterprise.
