The Executive Board for the Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico Tourist Development, is hereby created to include a Marketing and Education Committee and an Infrastructure, Development, Transportation and Environmental Matters Committee. Both Committees shall be attached and respond to the Chairperson of the Executive Board for the Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico Development.
