The Tourist Destination to be known as Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico is hereby created. “Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico” shall be a registered trademark property of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. No natural or juridical person may use the phrase or concept “Porta del Sol” of the “Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico” trademark for any purpose whatsoever without the prior consent of the Tourism Company.
