The Company shall adopt the rules and regulations that may be necessary for the implementation of this chapter. Said regulations shall take effect once all the applicable provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, as amended, §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3 [sic]. Likewise, the Company shall review and amend its regulations in effect to adjust them to the provisions of this subchapter.
