The Tourism Company shall hereby be empowered to adopt the regulations it deems necessary in order to implement this chapter, and they shall have the force of law. Said regulations shall enter into effect after having complied with the applicable provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”.
