No decrees shall be granted under the Tourist Development Act of 1993, as amended, after the approval of this act. Any application for a benefits grant under the Tourist Development Act of 1993, as amended, already filed as of the date of approval of this chapter, shall be deemed as filed under this chapter, and the applicant shall submit any additional information as necessary to complete an application duly filed under this chapter.
