The Director shall have the responsibility of filing with the Governor and the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico the following annual reports:
(1) Report of the Office for the Development of Sustainable Tourism in Puerto Rico.— This report shall include specific data regarding the actions and activities carried out to comply with the duties and functions entrusted to said Office under this chapter. In particular, without it being understood as a limitation, it shall include specific information about the following:
(a) The duties established in § 6318 of this title.
(b) The community participation plan as well as the recommendations to fund sustainable tourism projects and incorporate the private sector in the development of ecotourism projects, as provided in §§ 6321 and 6322 of this title.
(c) The appropriation and use of public funds referred to Article 15 of this Act.
(2) Report of the interagency commission.— This report shall include specific data of the actions taken by the State government for the optimum development and promotion of sustainable tourism and ecotourism throughout the Island. It shall also include information of its interactions with and calls to the Advisory Board to participate in issues related to the development of sustainable tourism.
The annual reports required under this Section shall be filed with the Office of the Secretary of the Senate and the Office of the Clerk of the House no later than September 30th following the fiscal year to which they pertain.
