It is hereby provided that in the event that the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of §§ 9101 et seq. of Title 3, better known as the “Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Special Fiscal and Operational Sustainability Act”, the provisions of §§ 9101 et seq. of Title 3 shall prevail.
