§ 1145. Duties and responsibilities of the Permit Management Office

It shall be the ministerial duty and responsibility of the Permit Management Office to implement all of the provisions of this chapter; therefore, it shall be empowered to do so by means of regulations, circular letter, or administrative order in accordance therewith, and to coordinate with any agency, entity, or instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, municipality, and public corporation any aspect to attain the objectives of this chapter.
