§ 752. Judicial scope

All judges of First Instance, including those designated as sitting judges by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, may hear, concurrently with the Department of Consumer Affairs, any and all complaints presented before them under §§ 731—745 of this title, the regulations approved thereunder, and the Reglamento de Prácticas y Anuncios Engañosos of October 3, 1990, and grant the pertinent remedies, including the imposition of administrative fines for up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the occurrence of a violation of said sections, the regulations and orders issued thereunder, and the Reglamento de Prácticas y Anuncios Engañosos.
