§ 706. Transfer of property, records, and funds

The property, records and outstanding balances of appropriations, items or other funds in the hands of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, as provided in Reorganization Plan No. 13 of 1950, are hereby transferred to the Economic Stabilization Administration. Likewise, the property and records of the Office of Rent Administration are hereby transferred to the Economic Stabilization Administration. Outstanding balances of appropriations, items or other funds shall be covered into the “Staple Commodities Fund — Trust Fund”, established by §§ 731—745 of this title.
