(a) Estancias del Sol Community Technological Center, located at Casiano sector in the Municipality of Río Grande, is hereby named after Dalia E. Nales-Fret.
(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take all the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
