§ 73k. Penalties—Duty to inform

Whenever the agency concerned establishes responsibility for the violation of §§ 73—73 l of this title by any professional who certifies a work, whether this determination is administrative or judicial, it shall inform the Architects Association, the Engineers Association and the Boards of Examiners of Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and Landscape Architects of the situation, and require it to take immediate pertinent action. The fact that no such notice was given does not release the certifying professional of his responsibility.
