(a) The airport in the Municipality of Humacao is hereby named the “Dr. Hermenegildo Ortiz-Quiñones Airport”.
(b) The Puerto Rico Ports Authority shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section. For purposes of this section, the Puerto Rico Ports Authority is hereby exempt from complying with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the “Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act”.
