(a) The plaza of the Luis Rivera Arroyo Government Center of the Municipality of Yabucoa is hereby designated as the Veteran’s Plaza.
(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby directed to carry out all necessary procedures for the registration and designation of the Veterans Plaza in the Municipality of Yabucoa in all pertinent documents and registers, prior to November 11, 2013, date on which Veteran’s Day is commemorated in Puerto Rico and in the United States of America.
