§ 227g. Third stage—Approval and implementation

The third stage [in the implementation of this chapter] shall consist [of] the approval and implementation of the Plan prepared by the Planning Board pursuant to the provisions of this statute. To those effects this stage shall extend from January 1 to November 30, 2006. During this state the Planning Board shall accomplish the following tasks:

(a) Conduct several public presentations and commence a divulgation campaign to initiate a process for consulting the general population. The objective of the aforementioned campaign shall be to incorporate the necessary observations or amendments as collected during the citizen consultation and participation process. This process shall be conducted following the administrative procedures established in the laws and regulations.

(b) The detailed and digitalized Land and Resources Inventory, as established in § 7 of this act to be submitted in final form to the Planning Board not later than July 1, 2006.

(c) The Land-Use Plan shall be adopted in final form after collecting the comments of the citizens, not later than November 30, 2006.
