Neither the Office of the Insurance Commissioner of Puerto Rico, nor the Commissioner, his/her employees, agents, or authorized representatives shall be responsible, neither in their official capacity nor in their personal capacity, nor shall any action be taken against any of the aforementioned, for reason of an action any of the aforementioned had taken while in the exercise of their powers and discharge of their duties pursuant to this chapter.
