§ 3416. Use of the term “cooperative”

No person, firm, corporation, or association in Puerto Rico other than a cooperative association organized under the laws in force shall have the right to use the terms “cooperative”, “cooperation”, “cooperators” or words of similar meaning as a part of its name.
