§ 1636. Effective date of standard provision and certain other sections—Two (2)-year periods

A policy, rider or endorsement, which could have been lawfully used or delivered or issued for delivery to any person in Puerto Rico immediately before the effective date of this Code, may be used or delivered or issued for delivery to any such person within two (2) years after such date.
