The policy shall have a clause to the effect that if it is found that the insured has misstated or stated his/her smoking status contrary to fact at the time of making the statement, the policy may provide for an adjustment due to a false smoking status statement to be made during the first two (2) years thereof; provided, that the amount to be paid at the time of death shall be the benefit amount that the premium would have purchased taking into consideration the smoking status.
