Not later than thirty (30) days from the effective date of this act, the CRIM shall issue any administrative order for the prompt implementation of this chapter, strictly subject to the parameters and requirements established herein. The CRIM shall distribute the revenues obtained by virtue of this chapter not later than ninety (90) days from the expiration term thereof.
