The sum that is finally determined to be financed shall be presented by the Executive Director of the Center for the consideration and approval of its Board of Directors. As part of said presentation, pertinent information shall be included with regard to the proportion of the total loan that corresponds to each municipality affected as recipients of excessive remittances, as provided in § 5821 of this title.
