Once the RPA, or the corresponding municipal permits office, approves the survey plan, it shall be the obligation of the professional who drew the plan to submit a certified copy thereof to the MRCC, within a term not greater than twenty (20) days counted from the date of notice of the approval of the plan by the RPA or the municipal permits office.
