§ 4914. Operating expenses

The necessary funds for the functioning and operation of the Office of the Commissioner of Municipal Affairs shall be appropriated annually in a separate item under said agency’s name in the Joint Resolution of the Regular General Operating Budget of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
