Municipalities interested in being evaluated for the designation of municipality with green initiatives shall file an application to such effect with the Committee. The Committee shall prescribe through regulations the deadline to file applications, as well as the list of documents that shall be attached thereto. Interested municipalities shall file an application for every biannual designation.
