The actions taken by the municipality in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, except for the eminent domain action governed by Rule 58 of the Rules of Civil Procedure of 2009, may be subject to review by the Court of First Instance as established in § 4702 of this title, known as the “Autonomous Municipalities Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.”
