§ 10066. Reciprocity

The Evaluating Commission for Psychoactive Substance Use Prevention Specialist Certification may establish reciprocity agreements with state, territorial, or freely associated jurisdictions of the United States of America which regulate psychoactive substance use prevention services by a reciprocity agreement with its homologous entity in said jurisdiction.

The agreement shall specify that the Commission shall issue the pertinent certification to applicants that meet the same or a greater number of requirements to obtain the same. The Commission shall not issue a certification on a reciprocity basis to an applicant under investigation in another geographical jurisdiction, being accused of an act that could constitute a violation of this chapter, until the investigation is concluded and the Commission determines to do so.
