The pertinent agencies shall establish or adjust the corresponding regulations to achieve the purposes of this act within ninety (90) days after its approval. This rulemaking process shall be exempt from the terms established by §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, better known as the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.
