The funds needed for the operation of the Cerebrovascular Center of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean and to carry out the purposes of this chapter during Fiscal Year 2011-2012 shall be earmarked in the General Expenses Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico. The Office of Management and Budget shall set aside the corresponding appropriation for subsequent years under the Medical Services Administration.
