§ 3215h. Persons authorized to disclose information

The Department may supply recorded information in the following instances:

(a) For strictly statistical purposes, as long as identification of any person is avoided.

(b) To private or public medical personnel, to the degree that it is necessary to protect the life or health of the registered infant.

(c) If the person with legal custody or parental rights over the infant gives his informed consent for the information to be disclosed.

(d) To medical personnel, state agencies and other public officers who discharge the duties established in this chapter.
