Any person in charge of a public or private laboratory, including X-ray and sonogram laboratories or any other facility where tests are made to confirm a diagnosis of premature thelarche or precocious sexual development, or where samples of tissue, urine, blood or other biological specimens are processed to determine hormonal contents or effects, must inform it to the Assistant Secretariat, in writing, within five (5) working days from the date of the positive results of these tests, and will make them available upon request.
