§ 902. Prohibition

The manufacturing, sale, packing, importation and distribution of packs of fewer than twenty (20) cigarettes and of packs with less than 0.60 ounces of cut tobacco in jars or containers to be used to make cigarettes (“roll [y]our own”), as defined in this chapter, is hereby prohibited. This prohibition applies to any person, natural or juridical, and it includes the manufacturers of tobacco products, as defined by the [Master] Settlement Agreement.
