§ 852. Enriched flour for bread—Unlawful making or sale of flour products

It shall be unlawful for any person to make, sell, or offer for sale in Puerto Rico, for human consumption, any white bread, crackers generally known as milk crackers, leaven crackers (de agua), soda crackers, and kneaded crackers (de manteca), and dry food [pastas] made of flour, other than enriched flour as hereinabove defined; Provided, That any white bread, crackers generally known as milk crackers, leaven crackers (de agua), soda crackers, and kneaded crackers (de manteca), and dry food [pastas] made of flour outside of Puerto Rico, and sold in Puerto Rico, shall meet the requirements established by this chapter, the same as the products manufactured in Puerto Rico.
