§ 691. Definition of alcoholic

An alcoholic shall be deemed to be any person who repeatedly drinks intoxicating beverages more than is customary according to the social and dietetical usage thereof in the community, and who by so doing injures his health, his interpersonal relations, or his financial potentialities.
