The Secretary, in collaboration with the Comprehensive Cancer Center, shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the activities conducted and the progress achieved to attain the purposes of this chapter. This report may be submitted together with or enclosed with the general report that the Department is required to submit by virtue of its Organic Act.
