§ 285e. Written examination

Every applicant for a private detective license, in accordance with clauses (1) and (2) of subsection (a) under the definition of “private detective” of § 285a of this title, shall be submitted to a written examination prepared by the Superintendent, covering such matters reasonably related with said occupation as may be determined by the Superintendent.
