The Commonwealth Agency shall coordinate with the Department of Housing the administration and maintenance of any sort of temporary housing for emergency or disaster victims who have been moved from their homes to temporary shelters. The main responsibility for administering and operating said housing facilities shall fall on the Secretary of Housing.
