The Board shall include all subject matter proper to the level of the real estate profession in the examinations applied for, and included in the curriculum of subjects previously certified by the Board. The examinations shall be given in English or Spanish, by request of the candidate, and shall proportionally include all subjects listed in the approved curriculum.
