§ 2859. License—Fees

Every person who is interested in being admitted to an examination, re-examination, granting of license, re-certification and registration, duplicate license, shall submit a duly-completed form that is furnished to such effects by the Board, along with an internal revenue receipt for the corresponding amount, as indicated below:

(a) License by examination, seventy-five dollars ($75).

(b) Reciprocity license, one hundred and fifty dollars ($150).

(c) Re-certification and registry, seventy-five dollars ($75).

(d) Duplicate license, twenty-five dollars ($25).

(e) Re-examination, fifty dollars ($50).

(f) Special licenses for U. S. armed forces podiatric doctors and U.S. Public Health Service, twenty-five dollars ($25).

The fee for these rights shall not be returned for failure to appear for examination nor for failure thereof.

The fees shall be covered into the Health Fund and shall be destined by the Secretary of Health for the exclusive use of the Office of Regulation and Certification of Health Professionals of the Department of Health.
