The Board shall offer revalidation examinations for the practice of nursing twice a year, pursuant to the norms established by its regulations for these purposes. The examination shall be prepared, taking into account the following rationale requirements:
(1) That it be designed for the purpose for which it is going to be used.
(2) That the passing grade to be used is related to the quality that the examination intends to measure, that is, that it has a rational link to the minimum knowledge learned to practice the profession.
