The Board or any member thereof may issue subpoenas to compel the appearance of witnesses and the production of documents, administer oaths and take testimony, introduce evidence and receive authentic documents in evidence in connection with or at the hearing. In case of disobedience to a subpoena, the Board may invoke the aid of any court of Puerto Rico to require the appearance of witnesses and the production of documentary evidence.
