§ 2637. Obligation of agency, department or government instrumentality in charge of granting permits

Every agency, department or government instrumentality in charge of granting permits or licenses shall require that the blueprints or documents presented to the same contain the license numbers and complete names of all the draftsmen involved in the preparation of said blueprints or documents.
