Any member who does not pay his/her dues and who in any other aspect is qualified as member of the College, shall be required to pay and admonished that if he/she does not do so within the maximum term of sixty (60) days after notice, he/she shall be suspended as a member of the College. He may be reinstated by paying the unpaid dues.
