All professionals entitled to practice the nutrition and dietetics profession in Puerto Rico, provided a majority of them shall so determine in a referendum to be held for that purpose as hereinafter provided in subsection (a) of § 19 of this act, are hereby constituted into a juridic body or quasi-public corporation under the name of the College of Nutritionists and Dietitians of Puerto Rico, with domicile where the initial General Assembly of the College may determine.
