§ 2145k. Duties

The Puerto Rico Automotive Technicians and Mechanics Association shall have the following duties and obligations:

(1) To contribute to the development and progress of automotive technology.

(2) To promote fraternal relations among its members.

(3) To cooperate with all that is of mutual interest and good for their general wellbeing.

(4) To establish relations with similar associations from other countries, within specific rules of solidarity and courtesy.

(5) To maintain a healthy and strict morality among its members.

(6) To uphold and maintain the dignity of the trade and its members, see to it that its members observe ethical conduct, and establish educational programs or courses, or continuing education programs.

(7) To provide advice or information, as required by the government’s effort.
