The sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is hereby appropriated from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to the Department of State for the operation expenses of the Board during fiscal year 1972-73. The necessary expenses for the implementation of §§ 2131—2144 of this title shall be set aside for subsequent years in the Operational Budget of Expenses of the Department of State.
