§ 2137. Licenses—Suspension

Upon previous notice and hearing the Board may suspend, for a term of not more than one (1) year, the license of any automotive technician who:

(a) Has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.

(b) Has tried to obtain or has helped another person to obtain a license through fraud or deceit.

(c) Has incurred in gross incompetence in the practice of the trade in prejudice of a third person.
