§ 2062. Board of Examiners of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians—Revocation

Upon previous notice and hearing the Board may temporarily or permanently revoke a license issued in accordance with this chapter to any person who:

(a) Has been declared mentally unfit by a competent court; or his unfitness has been established before the Board by medical experts; Provided, That same may be restored as soon as the person is declared again fit and meets the other requirements provided in this chapter.

(b) Is a narcomaniac or alcoholic; Provided, That the license may be restored as soon as he becomes fit and meets the requirements provided in this chapter.

(c) Has been suspended as a member of the association for not having paid his dues; Provided, That the Board may restore the license upon the expiration of the decreed term of suspension and after having paid to the association the totality of the indebted dues at the time the Board decrees the suspension of the license.

(d) Has been convicted of a felony or an offense entailing moral turpitude.

(e) Has incurred, in the judgment of the Board, in gross negligence in the practice of refrigeration and air conditioning technician.

(f) Has obtained a license through fraud or deceit.

(g) Immoral conduct in the exercise of his trade.
