§ 2053. Board of Examiners of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians—Members

The members of the Board shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Be of legal age;

(b) be citizens of the United States;

(c) be residents of Puerto Rico at the time of their appointment;

(d) have good moral repute;

(e) must have practiced the trade of refrigeration and air conditioning technician in Puerto Rico for a minimum of three (3) years;

(f) must hold a license to engage in the practice of refrigeration and air conditioning techniques in Puerto Rico, and

(g) be a member of the College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians.
